Upper bag component:

 

The bag clamping device adopts a cylinder, with a simple and practical structure.

 

The upper bag component is equipped with a buffer device to counteract the jitter gap caused by pulse motion, making the upper bag clamping more stable.

The bag supporting structure adopts a mechanical type, which can detect whether the bag is fully opened earlier than pneumatic bags, thereby providing more cutting time. The support bag and turntable are installed with expansion sleeves for easy installation. Both sides of the bag support rod are equipped with detection switches, effectively avoiding false alarms of the cutting signal caused by incomplete bag support on one side.

Cutting parts:

 

The feeding shaft is made of stainless steel hollow tubes, which are both lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The sliding friction used in conjunction with it is made of Igus metal composite sleeves, which are both lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The feeding column adopts mirror polishing, which is not easy to corrode.

Cleaning:

 

The packaging machine is equipped with a tilted U-shaped water tank, with a width of 60mm and a height exceeding the countertop by 80mm, to avoid residual sewage. After flushing, all sewage flows into the tank.

 

The tank is equipped with two drainage pipes, diagonally distributed, which are quick connected in two sections and equipped with a filter screen, connected to the workshop waterway.

The bottom of the columns installed on the countertop are equipped with sealing rings to ensure that liquid does not seep into the machine during use and cleaning.
