A Semi Automatic Capsule Filler Machine is a device with manual and automatic filling of empty capsules. It is mainly composed of the empty capsule hooper, the seeding mechanism, the material hooper, the filling mechanism, the capsule locking mechanism, and the capsule disc. The seeding mechanism inserts the empty capsules into the capsule disc; the filling mechanism is responsible for filling powder, pellets, granules, and other materials; the locking mechanism is responsible for the capsule locking; these are the machine's automatic operations. The manual parts include moving the capsule disc to each station, adding empty capsules and materials to the corresponding hopper, etc.
