1.After long-time production, clean the parts directly contacting the liquid regularly. And when the liquid type is changed or the production is going to stop for a long time, clean the machine, too.

2.Clean the driving parts at the bottom of the machine regularly, which can make the observation to machine running more clear.

3.Open the filter in the vacuum system and clean the clogging dirt.

4.Lubricate the machine

1)Grease the roller surface of the cam weekly.

2)Lubricate the joint bearings under the machine table with oil weekly.

3)Clean the bearings regularly depending on the running situations and grease them. The seal bearing can be lubricated with oil.

4)Check the tension of the driving chains and grease them weekly.

5)Check the volume of lubrication oil in the main driving reducer and the feeding reducer. When it’s insufficient, feed oil timely. And change fresh oil every half year.

6)Dismantle and maintain the indexing box under the turntable under the guidance of the technical personnel.

7)Change the lubrication oil in the indexing box after 1000-hour running. After the first change, change the oil every 3000 running hours. 90# engine oil with viscosity between 680 to 460 is recommended.

8)Remove the cover of the turntable and lubricate the motion point sleeve and bearing of the T-type shaft and the guide rod every week. The T-type shaft and the seal ring should also be cleaned, changed and lubricated every 1000 running hours.
