Working Principle
The workflow of bagging machine usually includes the following steps:
Bag supply: automatically take bags from rolls or pre-made bag bank.
Bag opening: the machine automatically opens the bag opening, ready to be filled with product.
Filling: Depending on the type of product, the product is automatically filled into the bag by means of a dosing system.
Sealing: After the filling is completed, the bag is automatically sealed with heat or cold to ensure that the bag is sealed.
Coding: Print the production date, batch number and other information on the bag.
Output: The finished packaged products are conveyed to the next process, such as cartoning or stacking.
