We have received pouch box packing then carton packing inquiry.
One of the primary challenges with the project was the fact that there are 6 box sizes and 7 carton sizes with different arrangement.We need to use one carton packing machine to deal with.
There is a long communication. We need to check with samples and re-measure the size.
The most significant is do confirmation of the carton size.For automatic packing solution,there must be enough space for loading all boxes in. Rather than manually packing, we can press and close by hand. So we also show the carton drawing to our customer to easily and directly understand the carton packing process and point(such like below).And also checking the layout with customer meanwhile.

Before the shipment, we also show the customer the machine operation testing video with pictures.
